SAN ANTONIO, TX - Harte Hanks Inc. (NYSE:HHS), a worldwide direct and targeted marketing company, today announced that it has acquired StepDot Software GmbH of Germany. StepDot, based in Böblingen, Germany, has been a value-added reseller specializing in data quality and integration solutions for Harte Hanks since 2002. "Acquiring StepDot provides Harte Hanks a more strategic presence in Central Europe and in Germany, its largest and most dynamic economy," said Gary Skidmore, corporate officer and senior vice president, Harte-Hanks, who leads the company's international operations.
